A sense of dread is creeping up on Tony.
- Jackie's in the hospital and Tony's having a hard time dealing with the fact that the doctors can't help him.
- Meadow is taking speed to study for the SATs, and the Russians drag Christopher out to the Meadowlands, by his neck, for a mock execution. He's afraid Tony found out it was him that gave Meadow the drugs.
Turns out Christopher's the lucky one, thanks to Livia's kind words to Uncle Junior, because Mikey P. kills Brendan in his bathtub.
Silvio and Paulie attempt to convince a Hassidic Jew to get a divorce, meanwhile high society types mingle at the Soprano homestead for a fundraiser hosted by Carmela, and catered by Charmaine and Artie.
