Satriale's Pork Store
Kearny, NJ

The true Soprano fans knows that in the very first Sopranos episode, the Pork store was a store named "Centanni's" located in Elizabeth, NJ. Because of the commute from the studios in Queens, they scouted and found the former Kearny Auto Parts Store and created what we know know today as Satriales. Satriales is a created set that is located in Kearny on Kearny Avenue next to the Irish-American Club (intersection of Duke & Kearny Avenue). But wait, that's an Italian Flag, on the building. Sopranos compensates the club for flying the Italian flag on days that they shoot there. The phone booth and the Hair Salon across the street have also been used in filming. |
