<p>Meadow has a party at Livia's house, and Tony gets a call from the cops when someone ODs. Meadow's drunk and Tony and Carmela know there need to be consequences, but they feel powerless and can't let their children know that. Meadow suggests that her punishment be that they take away her Discover card for two weeks. Tony quickly counters with three, and Meadow walks away smiling because she knows she won. Parvati thinks they are making too much of it, until she witnesses the damage that was done. Then she comes unglued. Carmela and Tony tell her not to tell them how to raise their children, and maybe she should move out. Meadow overhears. Later Carm apologizes to her and tells her she can stay as long as she'd like. Meadow and Hunter discuss how they are almost adults and responsible for themselves while completely trashing the kitchen. Meadow shows no remorse for her actions, yet as the episode ends she is gagging as she scrubs the floor at Livia’s. Is she doing it to win the favor of her aunt?

<p>Meanwhile, Jackie Aprile’s brother, Richie, is released from prison and has his niece, Adriana, drop him off so he can visit the old neighborhood. After 10 years in the joint, he claims he's still crazy, but not as crazy as he used to be. He seems rather like a mad dog - after he hits Beansie in the skull with a coffeepot, he punches him in the face repeatedly. But that's not even the worst of it. When Beansie fails to turn up at his Homecoming Party (dig that black outfit with those groovy white shoes!), Richie waits for him outside his restaurant and runs him down, then backs up and drives over his broken body again. Somehow he survives, but may never walk again. Richie seems to be living in the past, always reminding Tony of things he did for him. Parvati runs into Richie at a Yoga class. Then he visits Livia at the hospital so he can talk to Parvati again. It’s been 20 years since they've seen each other. She doesn't want to get involved with him again, but he claims that he’s grown.

<p>Dr. Melfi is out to dinner with two female friends and runs into Tony and the boys. She tries to be friendly, but he is rude to her. She says the embarrassing toodle-oo as she leaves. She never wanted to see him again, and yet feels she abandoned him when he needed her. She dreams that Tony is involved in a terrible auto accident, while music from <i>The Wizard of Oz</i> is playing.
